The Bitzer 4HE-18Y-40P semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor is a high-performance refrigeration solution designed for industrial and commercial cooling applications.
It delivers a displacement of 73.7 m³/h at 50Hz and 88.83 m³/h at 60Hz, providing reliable cooling for medium to large refrigeration systems.
This 4-cylinder compressor (70 mm bore × 55 mm stroke) is engineered for stable performance, low vibration, and extended service life.
Featuring 42 mm (1 5/8”) suction and 28 mm (1 1/8”) discharge connections, it integrates seamlessly into your refrigeration circuits.
Compatible refrigerants include R134a, R407C, R404A, R507A, R407A, R407F, R22, R1234yf, R1234ze, R454C, R455A, and R515B, with recommended oils BSE32, BSE55, B5.2, or BSE85K, depending on operating conditions.
Equipped with motor version 2, voltage 380–420V, 3-phase 50Hz, max power input 22 kW, and multiple capacity control options (100–50% or 100–10%), this compressor is adaptable to varying load requirements.
Additional features include discharge and suction shut-off valves, vibration dampers, IP54 enclosure, optional motor protection, refrigerant injection, oil heater, and sound monitoring.
