he Bitzer 4G-25.2-40S semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor delivers outstanding efficiency and reliability for medium and low-temperature refrigeration applications.
With a displacement of 84.5 m³/h at 50Hz and 101.98 m³/h at 60Hz, this model ensures powerful cooling performance for systems using R404A, R407C, R134a, R507A, and R407F refrigerants.
The compressor features a 4-cylinder design (75 mm bore × 55 mm stroke) for smooth operation, stable performance, and long service life.
It comes with 54 mm (2 1/8”) suction and 28 mm (1 1/8”) discharge connections, plus an R 3/4” cooling water interface, ensuring optimal thermal management.
For lubricant compatibility, Bitzer recommends BSE32 or BSE55 oil for HFC refrigerants, B5.2 oil for R22, and SHC226E oil for hydrocarbon refrigerants like R290 and R1270.
This model is ideal for industrial refrigeration systems, cold storage rooms, supermarket display cases, and process chillers, where high reliability and energy efficiency are key.
